GENERAL EXPLANATIONS

1. Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “Law”), personal data subject (“Applicant”), who are defined as data owners under the Law, are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data to the data controllers as outlined in Article 11 of the Law.
2. In accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the Law, applications related to the protection of personal data must be submitted in writing to the data controller, CY Education Construction Industry and Trade Limited Company Private Oran Nursery and Daycare Center.
3. In this context, applications made to Private Oran Nursery and Daycare Center in writing may be submitted by filling out this form and sending a signed hard copy in person, by notary, via registered mail with return receipt, or to the personal address: İlkbahar, 616. St. No:5, 06190 Çankaya/Ankara.
4. If the Authority determines another application method and announces it, the relevant announcements will be made through the website of Private Oran Nursery and Daycare Center.

Your applications sent to Private Oran Nursery and Daycare Center will be answered within 30 (thirty) days from the date the request is received, in accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 2 of the Law, depending on the context of your request. Responses provided by Private Oran Nursery and Daycare Center will be delivered to you in writing or electronically, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law.

1. If your application incurs any additional costs, you will be required to pay the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Authority, as specified in the Communique on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller.
2. Private Oran Nursery and Daycare Center reserves the right to make changes regarding the application procedures in accordance with decisions made by the Authority or future legal regulations..
