Since 2020, our school has been operating with an ever-growing number of branches, continuously expanding, developing, and integrating innovations into its system to elevate its educational approach further. With an educational philosophy that focuses on learning through experience and exploration, while staying up-to-date with the latest advancements, our goal is to prepare children for their future education in a healthy, well-equipped, and ready manner.

Our schools provide a fun, comfortable, and educational living environment specially designed for 0-2 year-old infants and 2-6 year-old children. With a variety of unique workshops and spacious green areas, our program supports children’s freedom of movement through a workshop-based system rather than a fixed classroom layout. Moreover, our schools prioritize healthy and organic nutrition, offer English as the language of instruction, and remain open throughout the year.

Our Edicational Philosophy

At OMI-ORAN MONTESSORI INTERNATIONAL PRESCHOOL & KINDERGARTEN, we adopt the Montessori Education Approach, developed by Maria Montessori, which is one of the most effective methods in early childhood education worldwide. This approach focuses on fostering a positive attitude towards school, a love for learning and discipline, self-motivation, independence, enjoyment in repetition and work, self-confidence, lasting curiosity, and the development of inner security and a sense of order.

Our goal is to provide carefully designed environments and diverse workshops where children can interact with their surroundings while developing their desired skills. We emphasize the holistic development of our children—social, emotional, intellectual, and physical.

Our educational programs are prepared as monthly and daily plans within the school by our expert educators and educational coaches.

All tools, educational toys, and materials used in our schools, as well as the academic expertise of our educators, help maintain the balance and quality that OMI upholds. To preserve, sustain, and enhance this quality, OMI evaluates global advancements in the field and continuously improves its education and teaching standards.

OMI’s educational philosophy helps our children become well-educated, responsible, productive, and successful individuals. Our Educators

Our teaching staff consists of highly qualified professionals who hold bachelor’s degrees, have graduated from education faculties of English-speaking universities, possess pedagogical training, and have extensive experience in their fields. While our teachers are proficient in Turkish and can understand and meet the needs of children when they express themselves in Turkish, the primary language of education is English.

In this system, where children feel understood and form bonds with their educators, it has been observed that children comprehend English instructions within two months, begin using English words in their daily lives within 10-12 months, and achieve fluency in English within two years.

Rejecting the traditional notions of rote memorization and teaching, our school has contributed a fresh and effective perspective to early childhood education by emphasizing connection, exposure, and acquisition as foundational principles.

In-Service Teacher Trainings

Although all teachers and educators at OMI-ORAN MONTESSORI INTERNATIONAL PRESCHOOL & KINDERGARTEN are field experts, our philosophy of lifelong learning, staying updated on modern approaches, and striving for excellence requires all staff to participate in annual pre-service training provided by renowned experts and academics. Additionally, periodic in-service training sessions are conducted throughout the year. These sessions combine observation and educational activities, aiming to ensure our educators stay informed about global academic developments and adapt to new findings for continuous improvement.
